WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME ON THE RAFT?
We recommend you bring a good pair of ‘river’ shoes (not flip-flops), bring lots of water, wear sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP THE RAFT?
You’ll need to bring a piece of government ID. For customers ages 16-17, you’ll need a parent or guardian to sign your waiver and pick up the raft.
CAN I TAKE THE RAFT SOMEWHERE ELSE?
You can take the raft anywhere you would like, but we do not recommend the rafts for whitewater rafting.
DO I NEED RAFTING EXPERIENCE?
Rafting down the Bow River is very easy. Once you are on the water, the current will take you down the river. You will have to avoid the shallow parts and the bridge posts along the river.
CAN MORE THAN THE LISTED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE RIDE ON THE RAFT?
Yes, but it is not recommended and extra life jackets are $5 each.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancelations made 24 hours prior to the pick-up day will be able to reschedule for a different day.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours will NOT receive the opportunity to reschedule and will NOT receive a refund on the raft.
Cancelations made by Riverside Rafting due to weather or any other reason, will result in everyone booked that day to receive credit and the opportunity to reschedule their trip down the river.
